Since 1956, NSSC has been a lifeline for older people, providing essential resources to help them live safely and independently. Whether it’s memory care services, case management, socialization opportunities, or support for those living at or below the poverty level, NSSC bridges the gap, ensuring our community members receive the dignity and care they deserve.
