Established in 1956, North Shore Senior Center (NSSC) is a nationally-accredited non-profit organization that serves older adults from the most independent to those needing more support. Each year, NSSC assists and engages more than 24,000 older adults and their families in Chicago and the northern suburbs through an array of social services programs, specialized care for people living with dementia, support groups, private care management, educational and wellness programs, and volunteer opportunities.
